Bake/Garage Sale on Aril 26 to Fund Mission Trip to Guatemala

Half an hour outside of Guatemala City, Guatemala, lies an area of extreme poverty, both spiritually and physically. The Cardwell Community Church is sending a mission team in May to share Jesus with them while ministering to them through assistance with home repairs, haircuts with treatment and care for head lice, interaction with children, and more. Any way to let these people know that they are loved. As this is the second mission team sent from the church, water treatment and installation of stoves will again be a large part of the mission.

Debbie and Gary Miller will once again lead the team, which includes Denise Rollick, Anna Grinder, Susan Armstrong Larsen, and Twilla Boe. The team will be serving with New Vision Guatemala.

To help fund the mission trip slated for May, a Bake and Garage Sale will be held on April 26th from 8 AM to 4 PM at the Huckaba Pavilion, just past the Cardwell General Store. Many donations have already come in, and there looks to be something for everyone!
