Country Store Accepting Scholarship Applications

The Whitehall Country Store Board of Directors is pleased to announce the availability of four $5,000 scholarships to be awarded to graduating Whitehall High School seniors or home schoolers who will be full-time students enrolled in Fall 2025 classes at an accredited college, university, or trade school.

Although the focus of most scholarship programs is academic, the main criteria established by the Board of Directors is a student’s deep desire to further their academic goals beyond high school and their need for financial assistance. This scholarship program is intended to broaden the spectrum of eligible students by focusing more on their life goals, which include their desire for a higher education or a trade certification, rather than focusing strictly on their high school academics.

Students are required to complete an application, which is available at the high school or by contacting Raylynn Van Oort. Applications must be postmarked or emailed by Friday, April 18 to:
