Congratulations to our Whitehall FFA Mechanics teams in Deer Lodge for Spring Districts! The Junior team placed third overall, with Colt McLean placing sixth high individual on the Junior team. The Senior team placed sixth overall, securing their trip to the state competition. Zane Downey placed ninth high individual on the Senior team. A HUGE thank you to Francine Giono for going and judging the competition.
The Whitehall FFA Alumni lent the school their two popcorn machines to put in the teacher's lounge and in the shop for a yummy popcorn bar!
Our Chapter officers went down and spent the afternoon with the Whitehall elementary students, teaching them facts about FFA/Agriculture and playing games with them.
Our Chapter officers also arrived at school bright and early on Thursday, February 20, and made the teachers a biscuit and gravy breakfast as thank you for everything they do!
