After 41 years as a board member of the Jefferson Valley Conservation District, Gerry Keogh retired from his position on Tuesday, January 21st. His daughter, Diane Fitzgerald, is taking over the remainder of his term and will run for the board position in the next election. She was sworn in by Jefferson County Commissioner Dan Hagerty, with her father watching.
