Update Whitehall Phone Book Listing NOW

The Whitehall Ledger is finishing up work on the 2025-2026 phone book and hopes to release it in January. While the original advertising and change deadline was last week, the Ledger is doing one final call for updates.

No further changes will be accepted after December 13th.
