Serving Southern Jefferson County in the Great State of Montana

GET INFORMED: Two Candidate Forums Thursday, October 10th

With November 5th approaching and election season nearing an end, you may need clarity on who to vote for and why. This week, you have two opportunities to educate yourself on the 2024 Montana elections. Both are held on Thursday, October 10th.

BOULDER MONITOR 2024 CANDIDATE FORUM: Thursday, October 10 at 7 PM in the Volunteer Hall in Boulder. Meet the candidates for Senate District 38 (Becky Beard and Jeffrey Benson) and House District 38 (Marta Bertoglio and Nancy Jane Lien) at this candidate forum brought to you and moderated by the Boulder Monitor.

Whitehall Low Power TV, PBS Channel 49.2, will carry the 2024 Candidate Forum with a live broadcast starting around 7 PM on local PBS Channel 49.2. The event will also be streamed at http://www.streamingaudiosolutions.com (Whitehall Events).

AN EVENING FOR COMMON SENSE CONVERSATIONS: Thursday, October 10, 5 PM - 9 PM, at the Silver Bow Convention Center. Do you feel like change is needed? Tired of all the negative campaign ads and confusing information? Come have honest and open conversations with candidates and others looking to restore positive, workable solutions for Southwestern Montana and all of Montana.

This is a free event with a no-host bar and food available. Candidates and special guests from Butte-Silver Bow, Anaconda-Deer Lodge, Powell, and Jefferson Counties will be on hand. Come engage candidates running for statewide and local elections and those who understand the current Constitutional Initiatives - CI-126, 127, and 128 - on this year’s ballot. This is your opportunity to ask tough questions and get candid answers to learn the truth, not the hype.
