See Town Hall's Chicken Challenge!

Whitehall's Painters in the Potting Shed (PIPS) is answering Mayor Mary's "CHICKEN CHALLENGE" Call.

This year the PIPS accepted the challenge to create chicken art to coincide with the Town's research in implementing a chicken ordinance!

The PIPS group consists of artists Michele Franich, Patsy Jensen, Jean Fastenow, Bonnie Fraser, Janet Chapman, Kathy Davis, Andrea Mulligan, and Dawn Huckaba.

"It all started when it was time to take down some really neat art by local artist Len Furey! We didn't know what to do, so Mayor Mary said to the PIPS remember when I made you the Chicken Challenge? Well? Let's see what happenes! The rest is history! You gotta see it!" said Patsy Jensen.
