Enchanted Faire & Mad Hatter Tea Party This Saturday

Dust off your fairy wings, polish your troll tusks, and let your imagination soar! Whitehall's Whimsical Wonders are thrilled to announce the second annual Enchanted Faire, a magical event where the whimsical meets the wonderful. This Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 11 AM to 3 PM, the Main Street Green (next to the historic Star Theatre) will transform into a mystical wonderland, inviting wizards, fairies, gnomes, and woodland creatures of all ages to join in the merriment.

Once upon a time, in a charming wee realm, 54 fairy abodes full of fairies, pixies, a troll or two, and perhaps some woodland creatures appeared, creating a delightful fairy kingdom on the Village Green. But that was last year! What will you build for this year's Enchanted Faire?

Attendees are encouraged to let their inner artisans shine by crafting delightful homes for trolls, fairies, and gnomes. Whether it's a moss-covered cottage for a gnome, a shimmering palace for a fairy, or a rugged stone hut for a troll, we invite you to bring your unique creation to be proudly displayed in our Enchanted Faire Trail.

Let your magical whimsy create and display a new and fairy-luscious woodland dwelling full of your imagination and family charm, using materials right at your fingertips... maybe a tree hollow or a wooden crate or barrel. Who knows? Your dwelling may bring some woodland creatures or pixies full of folklore and enchantment, ready to tell a story to the passersby.

Please register your fairy dwelling with Karen Ranta (406-439-6919) and bring them to the Star's Main Street Green on Friday, June 21st, from 5 PM to 7 PM or Saturday, June 22, between 9 AM and 10 AM.

In addition to the trail, the Enchanted Faire offers a day full of enchanting activities. Browse over a dozen vendor booths filled with handcrafted goods, potions, fairy dust, and enchanted jewelry.

This is your last chance to reserve a seat at the Royal Mad Hatter Tea Party, which has limited seating. Call Dorie Westhoven at 360-298-4026 to reserve your seat.

Enjoy performances by live musicians, watch a magician bring his tricks to life, partake in one of the many children's activities, and enjoy a free screening of the classic movie LABYRINTH at 4 PM.

Our gnome friends from Random Acts of Silliness returned to Whitehall on Monday, June 17th. They were so excited to see all the children they met last year at this year's Enchanted Faire. They also hope to meet new friends, see the Enchanted Dwellings, listen to music, and maybe even go to the free movie!

The Enchanted Faire is more than just an event; it's an invitation to enter a world where anything is possible, and magic is everywhere. Whether you're a seasoned sorcerer or a curious child, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Don your best fantasy attire and become part of the legend!
