Black Tie & Blue Jeans Seeking Your Attendance, Auction Donations

The Whitehall Chamber of Commerce is excited to invite the entire Whitehall community to the return of our annual Black Tie Blue Jeans (BTBJ) fundraising event! This year's event promises to be a fun, relaxed evening that goes back to basics, celebrating our community in a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you wear your finest attire or your favorite pair of jeans, we don't care – we just want you there!

BTBJ will return to the Whitehall Community Center on Saturday, June 15, 2024. Doors open at 5:30 PM, and the event kicks into full gear with heavy hors d'oeuvres at 6 PM.

Tickets are now on sale via the QR code (below left on ad), by visiting http://www.whitehallchamberofcommerce.com, or contacting the Whitehall Chamber's Executive Director Chiara Schober at 406-287-2260 or whitehallmtchamber@gmail.com. Tickets are $60 per person, $100 per couple, or $500 for a table of eight. Event sponsorships are also available.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:

• Live and Silent Auction: Bid on many exciting items and experiences. Your participation helps us continue to support and improve our vibrant community. Your purchase of items is tax-deductible and supports the Whitehall Chamber. Interested in donating an item to BTBJ? Your donation is also tax-deductible. Don't hesitate to get in touch with the Chamber at 406-287-2260 today!

• Live Music by The Pony Express: Enjoy an evening of fantastic live music from one of our favorite local bands, The Pony Express. Bring your dancing shoes because dancing is a MUST with this band!

• Art Show by the Montana Painters Association: Discover and appreciate beautiful works from these talented artists from around the state. The MTPA will be touring and painting Whitehall the week before BTBJ; this show will feature their creations from sights around our Jefferson Valley.

SEEKING DONATIONS:

The live auction will feature five packages (ideally a HOME package, AUTO package, NIGHT OUT package, FOOD & GOODIES package, and a miscellaneous); the silent auction will be larger. We are also asking this in the two weeks before the event to keep it at the forefront of everyone's mind and not drag out the asking process longer than needed. Let's be honest - we are all busy, and getting it done quickly is always better!

If you or your business is interested in donating an item/service, please contact the Whitehall Chamber at 406-287-2260 or whitehallmtchamber@gmail.com. Please include with your donation your business card and any business brochures to accompany the item. A tax-deductible receipt for your donation will also be provided.

Funds from ticket sales and live and silent auctions go to the Whitehall Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber uses these funds to advertise Whitehall, bring events to the area, and support local businesses. The Chamber is researching group advertising and insurance rates for Whitehall Chamber members, grant opportunities, and an internship program.

Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with music, art, and community spirit. Dress up or dress down – it's up to you! The important thing is that you come and share in the fun.
