Bonnie "Susie" Hoerauf, 83

Bonnie “Susie” Hoerauf passed away on April 18, 2024, at 83, in Auburn, Washington. She was born on April 15, 1941, to James P. Shipman and Bonnie B. Shipman in Bozeman, Montana. She married Edwin “Lee” Hoerauf on June 2, 1960, in Virginia City, Montana. They adopted three children, Bren, Steven, and Theresa, residing in Whitehall, Montana.

Susie is survived by her adopted daughter, Bren (Hoerauf) Cox, and granddaughters Alexandria Cox, Chandler Cox, and Mackenna Cox. Her adopted daughter, Theresa (Hoerauf) McMillan, granddaughter Tiara Jensen, great-grandchildren Amberly (10), Orion (3), Nakoa (2); granddaughter, Taja Jensen, great-granddaughter, Willow (9); grandson, Steven McMillan; grandson, Christopher “CJ” McMillan, great-granddaughter, Sage (1); granddaughter, Kylie McMillan, expecting great-granddaughter. She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and extended family members.

Susie is preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, Edwin “Lee” Hoerauf; their adopted son, Steven Todd Hoerauf; her mother, Bonnie B. Shipman; her father, James P. Shipman; her sister, Evalyn J. Shipman (Lindsay); and her brothers, Bernie R. Shipman, Edward “Eddie” Shipman, and J. Ralph Shipman.

At her request, cremation has been honored, and a private service will be held.
