June Marie Nagel, 79

June Marie Nagel, of Butte, Montana, passed away on April 15, 2024. June was born on March 15, 1945, and was 79.

June was a proud member of saddle clubs and an O-Mok-See rider. She participated in hunting camps and was the camp cook. June had a horse motel, enjoyed driving a pilot car for oversized loads, and was a beloved school bus driver. She was a free spirit who will now run with the horses.

June was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Myron Nagel, who passed away on March 10, 2018, as well as her great-grandchild, Dylan.

June is survived by her brother Al Reeves, daughter Susan, son Ward, daughter Donna, stepdaughter Lousie, stepdaughter Laura, stepdaughter LeAnn, stepson Kevin, 15 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

Services for June will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at K&L Funeral Home (109 W Second St, Whitehall, MT). Viewing will be at 10 AM, with the funeral service following at 11 AM.
