Both banks' business models and cultures are a great fit. We are confident you'll be well served by its local decision-making and commitment to the state of Montana.

How will my account(s) be impacted? We expect the acquisition to close late in the third quarter or early fourth quarter of 2024, pending approval by banking regulators and satisfaction with other closing conditions. Until then, your existing account agreements and all other contracts will continue to govern your account(s), and you can continue to bank as usual using your debit card, checks, and deposit slips, website, and online banking. You should also continue to make any loan payments as usual. We will notify you in writing well in advance about any changes to your account(s) and services due to conversion. Valley Bank of Helena will communicate with you with all the information you need as we move through the process. For now, it is business as usual. We are mutually focused on ensuring a smooth transition.

Will the bank's name change? After the sale, the Whitehall branch will operate under the Valley Bank of Helena name.

Will my account or loan number change? For now, your account numbers will remain the same. Valley Bank of Helena will notify you separately well in advance if anything changes.

Will my deposits still be FDIC-insured? Yes. Your deposit accounts will continue to be insured by the FDIC. The standard FDIC insurance amount is $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each ownership category. During the first six months after the acquisition, your transferred deposits will be separately insured from any accounts you may already have had at any division of Glacier Bank. This period allows you to evaluate your account structure and maximize FDIC insurance coverage.

Who should I contact with additional questions? You can call the same people you call today with any questions. The phone numbers will remain the same, so contact your local branch or Relationship Manager. They will be available to answer any questions you may have.
