Milligan Art Featured at Town Hall

Jefferson Valley Arts is happy to present another showing of local talent. The artwork of the late Pat Mulligan (1927-2006) displays her affinity for nature. Her lifetime of watching birds, woodland creatures, and horses is displayed in this sampling of her vast collection of magnificent wildlife and landscape watercolors, oils, and pastel paintings and sculptures.
