Chamber Thanks All Who Participated in Scarecrow Contest

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to M&M Vintage, The Western Legacy Center, and Whitehall Public Transportation for their enthusiastic participation in the recent scarecrow contest for the Fall Festival.
