Serving Southern Jefferson County in the Great State of Montana
On October 1st, Blaine Myrstol and Montina Rawson's daughter, two-and-a-half-year-old Clara, was diagnosed with AML Leukemia and flown to Salt Lake for treatment.
Clara has started Chemotherapy and has responded very well to it, but still has a long road ahead of her. They could potentially need to be in Salt Lake City's Primary Children's Hospital for six to seven months depending on what type of AML they determine it is.
The Rawson's older daughter Taylor will remain in Whitehall to attend school; Blaine will travel back and forth to spend time with Montina and Clara in Salt Lake.
This diagnosis comes with not only a big emotional impact but financial as well. Please be praying for this family as they navigate treatment, living away from home and each other, and the unknowns. But mostly please be praying for Clara's comfort and healing as her little body goes through the effects of treatment.
If you are able to give financially, it would be much appreciated. This family has been through so much even before this diagnosis.
A spotfund.com fundraiser has been established for the Myrstol/Rawson family by Kamrie Smith. To donate, please visit https://bit.ly/3Fd6O7z.
