RSVP Today to Chamber Business & Volunteer Recognition Event Featuring Music By Pony Express

The Whitehall Chamber of Commerce is excited about the upcoming Business and Volunteer Recognition event next Thursday, September 21 at the Whitehall Community Center.

In order to make sure we have enough space and food for everyone, please RSVP to the Whitehall Chamber (406-287-2260 or whitehallmtchamber@gmail.com) if you plan to attend. Whitehall Chamber members and a guest are invited to attend this event for free; non-chamber members are asked to make a $10 donation to the Whitehall Chamber's Kids Activities Fund.

Hors d'oevres by Montana Jam & Candles Bake Shop, confections by Sweet Melissa's and other refreshments will be provided to all attendees in this first annual event to kick off the Fall Festival weekend.

The agenda will be fun and brief - a quick welcome, an award ceremony for Chamber Champion, Chamber Business of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year, which then leads up to the remainder of the evening to network, socialize, and listen to the sounds of local musicians Pony Express. Get on the dance floor, enjoy the evening, and celebrate all things Whitehall! This event allows us to come together as a community to honor and acknowledge the outstanding efforts of our Chamber Members and Volunteers who have consistently contributed to the growth and enrichment of Whitehall. BUSINESS OF THE YEAR: This award recognizes a Chamber Member who has displayed exceptional growth in sales or volume, created new job opportunities, or made significant contributions to the community of Whitehall. We encourage you to nominate businesses that have consistently demonstrated innovation, resilience, and a commitment to making a positive impact on our local economy.

CHAMBER CHAMPION: We are seeking nominations for an individual Chamber Member who embodies the core values and mission of our Chamber. This person should exemplify our goal of bringing together individuals, businesses, and organizations to foster community enrichment and collaboration.

VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR: Do you know an individual who has selflessly dedicated their time and energy to supporting the Whitehall Chamber or the Whitehall community as a whole? This award aims to recognize those who have gone above and beyond in their volunteer efforts throughout the year, contributing to the success of our initiatives and programs.
