THE GNOMES ARE COMING TO WHITEHALL, arriving at various locations on June 16 just in time for the Enchanted Forest Faire.

Keep an eye or two open for this incredible invasion. Watch where they stop! Watch where they hang out and for fairy almighty be very wary of the GOLDEN GNOME! Cute little guy but very much a Gnome!

The Whitehall Chamber has hidden several gnomes for a Gnome Roam throughout town - find all the gnomes in these locations (including the golden gnome), take a selfie with them, and then text your pics to 406-287-2260 or email to whitehallmtchamber@gmail.com. You will be entered into a grand-prize drawing and your picture may be on the Chamber's Facebook page or in the Ledger!

It seems the Gnomes will be spotted at The Peppertree Deli, Whitehall Coffee Co., Western Legacy Center, M&M Vintage, Whitehall Library, and Healing Spot for the Gnome Roam. Meadowlark Manor and a dozen or more undisclosed spots will be hosting other mischievous gnomes, so WATCH OUT!! The Gnome Roam officially begins Monday, June 19.

The gnomes are traveling en masse from Bozeman as the most coveted whimsical prize for Whitehall's Judy Chadwick's first-place photo taken at Bumblewood Thicket Village put on by Random Act of Silliness.

I fear I feel the ground already shaking as the Enchanted Gnomes get closer! Closer! Closer!

Don't miss out on the Enchanted Forest Faire on Saturday, June 24th at the Main Street Green from noon to 4 PM, with a free screening of Fern Gully beginning at 4 PM in the Star Theatre.

In addition to all the fairy festivities, Gold Junction Presents will begin its summer music series event, Beats & Eats, concurrent with the Enchanted Forest Faire. Bring your lawn chair, find some shade, and enjoy music from Montana musicians on the Main Street Green, beginning at 1 PM.
