Several Trojans Headed to State Track & Field

MEN’S RESULTS:

Varsity 400 Meter: 13th freshman Tucker Huckaba (55.53a PR).

Varsity 4x100 Relay: 10th freshman K.T. Schuller, junior Parker Wagner, senior Kyle Denny, senior Nick Denny (46.44a).

Varsity 4x400 Relay: 11th freshman Dixon Koenig, freshman Tucker Huckaba, senior Nick Denny, junior Parker Wagner (3:47.45a).

Varsity Javelin: 8th senior Kyle Denny (137-06); Denny will move on to state competition.

Varsity High Jump: 10th freshman Tucker Huckaba (5-06.00 PR). 10th freshman K.T. Schuller (5-06.00 PR).

Varsity Pole Vault: 10th junior Isaac Skogen (9-00.00).

WOMEN’S RESULTS:

Varsity 400 Meter: 7th senior Maxine Hoagland (1:03.07a PR), Hoagland will move on to state competition.

Varsity 4x100 Relay: 5th sophomore Hope Moriarty, senior Maxine Hoagland, freshman Lexi Stratton, freshman Julia Hoagland (52.57a). The 4x100 relay team will move on to state competition.

Varsity Pole Vault: 11th sophomore Annabelle Welch (7-00.00).

In men’s competition, Jefferson took first in team points with 105; Whitehall did not rank in the top 13. In women’s competition, Huntley Project took first in team points with 111; Whitehall placed fifteenth with 2.

State Track & Field will be held May 25-27 in Butte, Montana at East Middle School.
