RESCHEDULED: Whitehall Easter Eggs-Travaganza Saturday, April 8th

Who knows what the weather may be on Saturday, but, rain, snow, or shine, the Whitehall Easter Egg and Scavenger Hunt will commence on Saturday, April 8th at 11 AM on the Main Street Green (next to the Star Theatre). The Whitehall Easter Eggs-Travaganza and Scavenger Hunt are brought to you by the Whitehall Chamber of Commerce, Gold Junction Presents, and the many donations and volunteer hours put in by the Whitehall community businesses and individuals.

The Easter Egg hunt is for ages 0-10 but mainly geared towards the littlest ones with Easter eggs filled with candy and easy-to-grab prizes. The Hunt will start promptly at 11 AM. The Chamber has been gifted several dozen Easter buckets, so if you don't have one already, feel free to grab one at the event.

Little ones will have the opportunity to find lots of prize-filled Easter Eggs, meet the Whitehall Easter Bunny, and even take their pictures with him!

For the older kiddos, the Scavenger Hunt is the way to go! Please check in at the Main Street Green by the Easter Bunny picture station at 11:15 AM to get your clue sheet. Solve the riddles on the scavenger hunt sheet, go to the business the riddle refers to and find the letter on the outside of the business and write it on your sheet. Be back at the Star Theatre lobby by 12:30 PM to turn in your sheet and receive a prize! All participants will receive Easter prizes, but several grand prize drawings will be drawn from completed Scavenger Hunt sheets - make sure to fill out your name and phone number!

Please note - clues will NOT lead scavengers INTO a business - all letters are located on the OUTSIDE of the business location. Please do not enter the business unless you are shopping, as we do not want to disturb regular business hours.

Don't miss out on all the fun and games on Saturday, April 8th at the Main Street Green. The egg hunt starts at 11 AM; the Scavenger hunt starts at 11:15 AM and sheets must be turned in by 12:30 PM. Happy Easter to everyone!!
