Whitehall Chamber's Business After Hours January 12

The 2023 Whitehall Chamber of Commerce year is going to begin with a bang!! The January Business After Hours Chamber Meeting and Membership Drive will be held Thursday, January 12th, 2023, at Borden’s Conference Room. The Board meeting will begin at 5 PM, with the General meeting starting at 6 PM. Everyone is invited.

“I would love to see EVERY business owner, whether they are a Chamber member or not, attend. I want to hear what businesses think the Chamber is doing right, wrong, and new ideas,” said new Chamber President Elizabeth Pullman. “And the Chamber isn’t open just to business owners - we have Friend of the Chamber memberships available, so your voice is heard when developing community events, campaigns, and more.”

The January meeting will kick off the start of a fresh year, with many new ideas and plans on the horizon. First off, the Chamber will now have quarterly evening meetings so more business owners and Chamber members are able to attend outside regular business hours. Also, the monthly Chamber meetings have been moved to the second Thursday of each month.

The January meeting will include food, networking opportunities, information, and announcements from the Chamber. The new Board of Directors is working towards the goal of larger Shop Local campaigns, more coverage of in-home businesses, and more input from businesses and community members in the development of community events.
