Serving Southern Jefferson County in the Great State of Montana
Whitehall non-profit Gold Junction Presents is proud to bring The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) (Revised) to Whitehall's Star Theatre on Wednesday, November 2 at 7:30
PM. This event is free to the public, though donations are appreciated.
Now in its 50th year, Montana Shakespeare in the Parks' presents their production of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) (Revised). This energy-filled production attempts to prove that three actors can do the impossible: act through Shakespeare's entire canon - 37 plays - in 90 minutes!? This fast-firing comedy does just that as it parodies -almost- all of Shakespeare's plays (plus the sonnets!)
The play was London's longest-running comedy and takes audiences on a family-friendly, hysterical, and highly abridged version of every single one of the Bard's comedies, histories, and tragedies in the length of a normal play.
Gold Junction Presents is spearheaded by founders Bill Pullman, Ruth Lott, Colton Anderson, Liz Pullman, and board members Ron Jung and Chiara Schober. The Mission of Gold Junction Presents is to present the arts in all of its forms to educate, to challenge, and to culturally broaden the experiences available to the people of Whitehall and other rural communities.
