Audiences of all ages will get a fresh look at an age-old favorite this Friday, October 28 at 6 pm, when the Missoula Children’s Theatre (MCT) and more than 34 local students present THE LITTLE MERMAID at the Cardwell School Gym. The local cast features Lilly Howell as the Little Mermaid, Celia. Also featured are her two sisters, Delia, played by Emalynn Coombe and Amelia, played by MCTs Nina Ballon. Gil, the Merboy next door will be played by Gavyn Coombe and the country singin’ Starfish will be played by Trace Simon. The Royal family includes Brody Vosen as the Prince and Eon Hunt as the King. The snoopy Seasiders will be played by Simon Schwarz, Taylor Myrstol, Emma Krueger, Willow Mortson, Brighton Vosen, Sully Schwarz, and Ethan Racicot. To complete the ensemble, Alayna McCormick, Blake Kelly, Lance Howser, Calla Dorvall, Ava Kravik, and Harleigh Wright will appear as the poetic Town Criers, the dynamic Sea Scouts include Jordan Howell, Corbyn Wright, J.W. Engler, Stetson Howser, Roam Hunt, and Ember Hunt and the galloping
Seahorses will be played by Kellen Simon, Hayden Racicot, Sawyer Schwarz, Thomas Smith, Easton Smith, Andrea Smith, Bell Krueger, and Kash Cold. Raine Clausen has served as Assistant Directors throughout the week.
THE LITTLE MERMAID will be presented at 6 pm at the Cardwell School Gym. Tickets are available for a recommended donation of $5.00 each and are available at the door.
