Whitehall WTIF Master Plan Public Meeting Slated for September 22nd

A public meeting gathering final comments on the Whitehall Tax Increment Fund (WTIF) Master Plan will take place from 5:30 PM until 7 PM on September 22 at Whitehall Community Center (north side).

The final review draft of the Master Plan is available for review at http://www.whitehall.stahlyprojects.com. Please review and attend the meeting with your comments.

The agenda for the meeting will include:

• Brief overview of the purpose of the Master Plan.

• Brief overview of the activities conducted to develop the Master Plan.

• Brief overview of the content of the Master Plan with highlights for each section and recommendations for future action to accomplish the goals and objectives.

• 3-minute timed public comment.

• Discuss next steps to a recommendation by the Whitehall Planning Board and TIF Board and adoption by the Whitehall Town Council.
