Serving Southern Jefferson County in the Great State of Montana

One Week. One Planet. Be a Part of Something Big!

Did you know that our Whitehall Girl Scouts participated in the Girl Scouts of Montana & Wyoming's Community Cleanup Week on Friday, June 10th to make a lasting difference in your community and the world?

What if every person picked up at least one piece of litter on the same day? Around Montana, organizers and individuals joined forces for Community Cleanup Week June 4th through 11th to beautify our outdoor spaces by picking up trash, and debris, planting flowers & trees. As Girl Scouts, we strive to make the world a better place. Now imagine if every Girl Scout and their families across America participated in Community Cleanup Week. What an incredible impact we would

make! You can be a part of something big too. Just visit a park, skate park, a pond, river, or any public area in the community and collect trash. It's so easy, yet so important.

If you would like more information about Girl Scouts you can visit http://www.gsmw.org or reach out to Whitehall Troop Leader, Chiara Schober at 406-600-9463 to hear about the opportunities coming for the 2022-23 season.
