White Requests Your Vote For School Board

The Whitehall school district holds an election on May 3; I write to introduce myself to those I've not had the opportunity to meet. My husband, Josh, and I have two boys. I grew up in this valley on the Hanson Ranch and attended K-12 in Whitehall schools. I have a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and have worked as a physical therapist in Whitehall for seven years.

I am honored to serve my community as both a physical therapist and as a school trustee (appointed to the board in August 2021). We are proud to have our children grow up and learn in my hometown.

A school board's first priority is to represent and support our kids. We have a responsibility to ensure a safe, comfortable, and qualified school; we also have a responsibility to provide experiences that challenge our students and prepare them for success beyond our schools.

I believe in using common sense when making decisions in our school district. I strive to listen to parents, students, teachers, and taxpayers to guide these decisions. Ultimately, I want our children's learning experiences to be the top priority at each meeting.

I humbly ask for your vote in the election on May 3.
