Reach Higher Montana is Celebrating the Class of 2022

Reach Higher Montana (RHM) is celebrating the Montana high school class of 2022 with a Senior Send-off event on May 6th.

This year’s event will again see more than $30,000 in the form of scholarships, tool/equipment packages, laptops, iPads, and AirPods given to participating high school seniors. “We want to know what the class of 2022 is going to do after high school, whether that is college, military, apprenticeship, or straight into a career field,” says Kelly Cresswell, RHM Executive Director. “These prizes are our way of saying congratulations and giving them some resources to start out on the path to success.”

All Montana high school seniors are encouraged to enter the prize drawing by sending in a short video or photo with an explanation of what they plan to do in the coming year. “In the past, a few of the videos have been really entertaining,” says Cullen Gilbreath, RHM Digital Marketing & Communications Manager. RHM wants to give a special award to bring out more creativity in the entries. The $500 Reach Higher Montana Choice Scholarship will be given to whomever the RHM staff feels entered the most creative video.

There are some important dates to note. Submissions made by April 8th will be eligible for the Early Bird Drawing, where AirPods, Hydro Flasks, and gift cards will be given away. All entries are due by April 22nd. The Senior Send-off event will be held on May 6th, and videos and photos will be posted that day on our website and social media. Prizes will be drawn randomly throughout the day and the Reach Higher Montana Choice Scholarship will be announced.
