Charles William Noe, 78

Charles William Noe, 78, passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. Son of Arnold Ellison Noe and Florence (Cochran) Noe. Charles was born in Casey County, Kentucky, on April 2, 1943. Charles married the love of his life Barbara Ann Gadd on December 27, 1963 in Milton, Indiana. Charlie was very active in church and ministry for the past 45 years.

Charlie loved his wife, his children, grandchildren, his church family, and his friends, but above all else, he loved the Lord Jesus his Savior, his all in all. He loved the Word of God and put all his trust and faith in it.

After his retirement from Ford in 2003, Charlie moved to Whitehall, Montana, to pursue the cowboy lifestyle. An avid outdoorsman, Charlie loved fishing, hunting, four-wheeling, and snowmobiling. He also enjoyed tinkering around his ranch, and taking care of his many dogs and horses.

Charlie was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Rhonda Noe Chasteen.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Barbara Noe; children, Ronald (Pam) Noe, Robert Noe and Christopher Noe, both of Whitehall; one son-in-law, Benjamin Chasteen; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren, all of Indiana.

Funeral service will be held at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home in Dublin, Indiana. Pastor Gerald Devore will officiate. Burial will follow at the West Side Cemetery in Milton, Indiana. The family wishes to thank all who called, texted, and sent cards of sympathy.
