Serving Southern Jefferson County in the Great State of Montana
Whitehall is the place to be this October! Not only are we already being blessed with beautiful fall colors falling from our trees, but Whitehall’s annual Fall Festival is quickly approaching.
This year’s Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, October 23rd with vendors in the Whitehall Community Center, as well as kids activities and other great happenings throughout town. The event is brought to you by the Whitehall Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with Gold Junction Presents.
This year’s event will coincide with the Screams Come True Haunted House and Hay Maze, also located in the community center, and add a carnival event at the Main Street Green from 5-8PM.
How can you, as an individual or as a business get involved?
TRUNK OR TREAT: Bring on the candy! Calling all businesses, groups, or individuals who love Halloween and want to dress up their trunks! The Trunk or Treat will be held from 5-8PM on Main Street on the 23rd. This is a perfect opportunity for businesses to get involved, especially since Halloween falls on a Sunday this year. Prizes for best trunk decorations!
VENDOR BOOTH: Do you have goods to sell or services to provide? Sign up and grab a vendor spot! Vendors will be at the Community Center from 1-7PM, overlapping with the Screams Come True Haunted House and the Carnival in order to catch as many shoppers as possible! Vendor applications are available at https://bit.ly/3CQVzhV.
CARNIVAL: All community groups and businesses are invited to have a carnival game under our “big top” at the Main Street Green from 5-8PM on the 23rd. Carnival games can be as simple as musical chairs to as complex as your imagination can make it! The carnival is a great way to raise funds for organization or entity - tickets will be sold for $1 each at the ticket booth; carnival game will take the tickets to allow attendees to play their game. At the end of the evening tickets will be counted and the carnival game creator will receive the funds from their games! The more the merrier!
DECORATE YOUR BUSINESS: Get into the fall or Halloween spirit and decorate your storefront! Prizes for the best decorated!
VOLUNTEER: The Chamber needs help running kids activities, judging the costume contest, getting truck or treat vehicles lined up and more!
If you are interested in getting involved, please contact the Whitehall Chamber at 287-2260 (whitehallmtchamber@gmail.com) or call Liz Pullman at 498-3807.
