Whitehall Sophomores: Apply for Rotary Youth Leadership Academy

The Whitehall Rotary Club will provide a scholarship for up to two sophomore age students to attend the 2021 Rotary Youth Leadership Academy (RYLA) being held July 10 through the 14th at the Luccock Park camp south of Livingston. Rotary clubs in Montana have been sponsoring the attendance of high school age students to RYLA for more than 20 years. Plans are in place, for those attending, to reduce the risk of contracting an illness. The camp focuses on leadership, team building, ethics, and community service

Students attending Whitehall High School can pick up an application form at the guidance office. Applicants must currently be at the sophomore level of high school. Those attending private or home-schooled options can download an application form from the Rotary club website at http://www.rotaryclubofwhitehall.org and click on Rotary Youth Leadership Academy 2021 Applications in the Upcoming Events box on the upper left side of the home page. Mail the completed form to Whitehall Rotary Club, PO Box 13, Whitehall. Applications are due by April 9th and interviews will be arranged either in-person or online before the end of April.
