Future of Cardwell container site in question

Changes could be on the way for the Madison County Cardwell Container site.

Kacey Smart with the Madison County Sanitarian's Office said the Solid Waste and Recycling Board is considering combining the Pony and Cardell sites.

"They are looking at a site by the gravel pit outside of Harrison. They discussed lots of options and reasons. The property at the Jefferson Island area, is questionable for a site.
