Julie Ann Rice passed away February 21, 2019 after a short illness. Her inner strength, quick wit, and caring soul will be missed by all who knew her.

Julie is survived by her parents, Tom and Nancy Rice, sister Christine (Gary) O'Hern, her children, Brad Rice, Sidney, Sean, and Breann Palmer, her Niece Addison and her ex-husband Jonas Palmer.

Julie had a special gift when it came to those who were less fortunate. She was a champion for those with special needs and the elderly. She comforted and friended so many while working in Nursing homes and assisted...
