Julie Ann Rice

December 5, 1972 to February 21, 2019

Julie Ann Rice passed away February 21, 2019 after a short illness. Her inner strength, quick wit, and caring soul will be missed by all who knew her.

Julie is survived by her parents, Tom and Nancy Rice, sister Christine (Gary) O'Hern, her children, Brad Rice, Sidney, Sean, and Breann Palmer, her Niece Addison and her ex-husband Jonas Palmer.

Julie had a special gift when it came to those who were less fortunate. She was a champion for those with special needs and the elderly. She comforted and friended so many while working in Nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

"May the lord hold her in the palm of his hand and let perpetual light shine upon her"

Julie's family would like to thank the ICU staff at St James hospital. Special thank you to the nurses. Your compassion, kindness, and patience through the last several weeks put you in a special place in our hearts. Thank you so much for taking care of our baby girl.
