Serving Southern Jefferson County in the Great State of Montana

Dana Robin Clark

On January 26, 2019, Dana Robin Clark swung her legs out of bed and finally went for one last walk.

Dana was born on August 16, 1967 to Wes and Donna Clark. She attended Cardwell Grade School and later attended Whitehall High School.

In 1985, she married Rick Smith and they had two daughters, Lynsey and Amanda.

Later in life, Dana moved to Copper Ridge in Butte. While in Copper Ridge, Dana met and married Jeff Boles.

Over the past few years, Dana developed quite a passion for football and her beloved Dallas Cowboys. But that's what Dana did. She loved and loved fiercely. She taught us all to love things, even when they were broken. And all of us will never forget her laugh. Her heart was huge and grateful for the simplest of things. She could teach us all about real courage.

Dana was preceded in death by her father, her sister Shelley, and her husband Jeff.

She is survived by her mother, her daughters Lynsey, and Amanda (Brandon), her sisters Sherry, Leslie (Jock), brother Butch (Tammy), her aunt Allene Swainson, her uncle Dave Ogan (Peggy), grandsons Holden, Asher, and Harry, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Special thanks to Copper Ridge for loving and taking care of our Dana for so many years, and to Saint James Hospital for their compassion and gentleness with Dana.

No services are planned.

Dana loved all animals, so please make donations to any animal shelter of choice.
