Serving Southern Jefferson County in the Great State of Montana
After one of the most storied careers as multi-sport star in Whitehall High School history, senior Max Feight will be heading to the University of Montana.
Feight signed a National Letter of Intent last Wednesday to play for the Grizzlies football team.
A three-star standout for the Trojans, Feight had a monster junior year for the football team. He passed for nearly 3,000 yards and had 32 touchdowns and added 614 yards rushing. He was all-state on both offense and defense. He was signed by the Grizzlies as a safety.
"I'm pretty excited to go play football down in Missoula for the Grizz," Feight said.
After missing his senior season due to a knee injury, Feight said he was very happy the Grizz still wanted to sign him after his injury and grateful for the opportunity.
Feight was also very appreciative of his family, friends, teammates, and coaches who were at his signing ceremony.
Looking around the room, Feight said it was amazing to see all the people.
"They put in a lot of work with me over the past years, since I was in grade school and to see them here to fulfill my dream, I mean I can't even put it into words," he said.
