Trojans split weekend games

Following a 50-47 home loss to Three Forks last Friday night, Whitehall High School boys basketball Coach Zach McLean was hoping for a better start from his team in their Saturday matchup against rival Jefferson High School. The Trojans did just that, taking a 14-3 lead at the end of the first quarter of their 57-47 victory.

"In our first four games we had one good start -- and that was the very first game. That's what our focus was (Saturday), and we came out great," McLean said.
