Love INC event Monday

Love INC of the Greater Whitehall area would like to invite the community to an evening of information and appreciation on Monday, February 27, from 7 – 8 p.m. at the Whitehall High School Cafeteria.

Organizers are hoping that everyone interested in the future of Love INC in the area will come and attend and enjoy refreshments, fellowship, and information about how things are developing toward having an active Love INC affiliate in the Whitehall area. Local members also want to acknowledge and show their appreciation to all those who have been so generous with funds, support, partnership and volunteering.

In recent weeks, several of those providing leadership for the development of Love INC in our area participated in a national Love INC training event in Nampa, ID, which served to move them closer to an opening date. It also gave needed focus on what yet needs to be done to become operational and how we can train ourselves to do the work and live out the core values of Love INC neighbor to neighbor. Overall, the goal remains to mobilize our local churches to transform lives and our community In the Name of Christ (INC). Churches in the area have stepped up and the community has been supportive and helpful. Organizers feel very good about the benefits that Love INC will provide to the community and they can’t wait to be open and operational.

So, please come and learn a little more about how we are progressing and where they are headed, and let us show our appreciation for your support and generosity.
