Hashing out the needs of the Whitehall School District’s building facilities was the only item on the agenda of a special meeting held Wed., Jan. 15. Trustees were in agreement during the meeting that it was time to consider replacing the Middle School.

The majority of the trustees and guests in attendance agreed they would like to see the fifth grade moved into the Tia Kober Elementary School; the seventh and eighth grades removed from the high school; and a new facility built to house the junior high and sixth grades; and if possible, a new gym and cafeteria included in the package.
