Trojans host mixer, duals

Fresh off a strong second place finish at the Cascade Tournament, the Whitehall High School wrestling team will have a chance to entertain local fans this week with three jam packed days of wrestling.

The Trojans will host the Whitehall Mixer Thursday night starting at 6 p.m. The two-day Whitehall Duals event will begin Friday, December 9 at 1 p.m.

Whitehall Athletic Director Dan Lacey said there should be about 17 teams attending the home matches.

Coach Steve Sacry said the second-place finish was the team's best at Cascade in a number of years.
