Lady Trojans fight to the end at MHSA 5B District Tournament

The Whitehall High School varsity volleyball team would not go down without a fight.

With their season on the line at the 5B District Volleyball Tournament last Friday in Belgrade, the Lady Trojans played with the heart of a champion in what would be their final two matches of the season.

The sixth seed, Whitehall opened up the tournament against a strong Manhattan team. With a strong crowd behind them, the Lady Trojans rallied back after losing the first two sets 25-18, 25-16, and got right back into the match with a 25-20 victory in the third set.
