This is Red Ribbon Week at the school. Each day stresses a different theme. Monday was: Drugs are Ridiculous and students were wearing crazy, funny outfits. Tuesday was: Voting for my Future and the kids wore red, white, and blue. Wednesday, Turn your Back on Drugs, day had the students wearing their clothes backwards. Thursday is “Booze is a Snooze” and the kids got to wear their pajamas. Throughout the week poem, picture and poster contests were held as well as, relay races/obstacle courses, a drug awareness video and the school premises was arrayed with red ribbons!
