Serving Southern Jefferson County in the Great State of Montana

McLeod Realtors moves office

With over 40 years of combined experience, Dawn Lewton, Gina Ossello, and Tracie Rich of McLeod Realtors are both eager and ready to assist the needs of their clients. They also are happy to announce they have moved into a new office in the heart of downtown Whitehall.

The new office is located at 7 North Main Street, inside of the renovated Roper's Building. Although they have been in the office for a short period of time, Lewton said people are already excited about the change, and have congratulated them on the new location. The trio is pleased they can once again have an office downtown, having been near the Star Theater several years ago. Lewton said it is a great location and will bring better business exposure. An open house to show off the new location is being planned for Frontier Day's next month.

Ossello said building owner Jeff Hansen saw the potential in the building and is bringing it back to life.

She added that with the Roper's and Borden's buildings, there are a lot of good things happening in Whitehall. Lewton said this is something the business wants to be a part of.

"We are committed to this town and our goal is to be part of the community for a long time," Lewton said.

Ossello said that realty haschanged, and they are often times out on a location and do a lot of work on the go via the Internet.

She said because of this they are not always in the office, but they are more than willing to meet with clients at the office by appointment. Lewton said they all have flexible schedules, are easily accessible, and will work to meet the needs of their clients.

"We want them to know we are here for them," she said.

With over four decades of experience, Ossello said they have sold large ranches, commercial property, and homes across Southwest Montana.

Ossello said they have been busy, but they would like to have more inventory.

"People are coming to this valley so they can come back to what Montana used to be and still is here," she said.

Ossello can be reached at 406-491-4462, Lewton at 406-490-2473, and Rich at 406-490-7992.
