    Just moments before kickoff of Whitehall/Harrison's game October 14 against Libby a storm moved in and rain began to fall onto the FieldTurf at Washington-Grizzly Stadium in Missoula.     The Montana High School Association Executive Board will meet next month and among the items on their agenda could be a vote to lower the enrollment number for Class B/C Schools across the state. At their regular board meeting last week, the Whitehall School Board of Trustees heard an update from Superintendent John Sullivan about the possible change.     For the second straight week, the Whitehall High School Cross Country team went head to head with larger schools from across Southwest Montana last Saturday at the Butte Invitational.     Recent changes to what once was the Whitehall High School Rodeo Club should net positive results for local competitors. The new Whitehall Rodeo Club was recently formed and unlike its predecessor, will operate outside of the local school district. The boy’s varsity race featured 410 runners from 65 high schools, many of them from Montana Class A and AA. Whitehall senior Hunter Flynn had the top time for the Trojans.     Prior to the start of Sunday's action at the local Montana High School Rodeo Association and Junior High Rodeo, Whitehall's Cole Dunagan was recognized as a senior class member competing at his last home event.
