    Whitehall High School junior Britney Welker picked up valuable experience for next season while competing at last week's Class B State Tournament at Montana State University in Bozeman.     The longest running youth rodeo in the state of Montana, the BY's 4-H Club Youth Rodeo is scheduled to take place May 4 at the Whitehall Rodeo Grounds.
