    The Jefferson County Health Department has directed both Whitehall and Jefferson High Schools they will not be able to participate in non-conference games for the 2020 Fall season.     As it stands today, fall sports in Whitehall are scheduled to start on time. The Montana High School Association (MHSA) announced July 27 their guidelines for fall activities that include a five-tier structure with all schools across the state starting in Tier 1.     There will be a fresh new look next year for those who attend games and other activities taking place at Whitehall High School. Superintendent Hannah Nieskens reported last week that the "Crow's Nest" and bleacher project is about 90 percent complete. Mike Moulchin was recently hired to take over for longtime coach Zach McLean who resigned following the 2019-20 season.     There will be a new sport next year at Whitehall High School. The school board of trustees voted earlier this year to add a boys and girls golf team.
