    The Whitehall Wrestling team finished their regular season at home with Senior Night. The team and school honored our 11 seniors and their parents.     The Whitehall Trojan men and women teams took on the Three Forks Wolves on Thursday, January 26 on their home court. The Lady Trojans lost 38-44. The Ladies were led in scoring by junior Lauren Cima with 17 and senior Maxine Hoagland with 15. "This was a hard-fought game.     On Thursday, January 19 the Trojans took on the Anaconda Copperheads and, unfortunately, were defeated. The men were wiped out 71 - 40; the ladies however held strong but lost 48-42. "We were down as much as 17 in the fourth quarter and were able to fight our way back into the game. We were led by Maxine Hoagland with 14, and Hope Nieskens with 9," Coach Nieskens said.     The Whitehall High School wrestling team traveled to Townsend to compete in the Montana B-C Duals over the weekend. This 16 team tournament included the top five teams in the state. Friday's competition consisted of pool play; Whitehall wrestled each of the members of their pool, beating Columbus 64-10, Eureka 36-34, and Red Lodge 48-24.   • Little Guy and Junior High Wrestling Signups January 27th

    Whitehall Little Guy and Junior High wrestling signups will be held at the Whitehall High School cafeteria from 4 to 5:30 PM on Friday, January 27. Come sign up and then stay to support the Whitehall High School Trojan wrestlers for Senior Night starting at 5 PM. Registration is open to students aged five through eighth grade.   • MHSA Amends Guidelines for Co-Ops, WHS Football Now Class B West

    The Montana High School Association has amended its rules for co-ops, announcing Thursday that any schools whose combined enrollment exceeds the maximum limit for a class will compete in the next class up. The decision was made at the MHSA's annual meeting on Monday, January 16 in Missoula. The amendment comes after the MHSA voted Saturday to allow the Drummond and Philipsburg football co-op to remain intact.     The Whitehall High School Wrestling team placed third at the Choteau Invitational Tournament, held January 13 and 14 in Choteau. On Friday, December 16, the CMR Holiday Classic started with both girl's and boy's divisions. This was the largest tournament in the state for this weekend.     With the support of many community members, Whitehall hosted 25 teams and over 300 wrestlers, including 45 girls wrestling in their own competition.
