Dear Editor, The Madison County, Jefferson Island Precinct #15 polling place is the Cardwell Pavilion next to Kipp and Dawn Huckaba’s home on Highway 2 East. Dear Editor, Commissioner Bob Mullen is a wealth of information when it comes to mental health. He worked for the State for 15 years at the Addiction and Mental Health Department.
