A 27-year old Clancy man has died and several more were injured after a moose collided with their vehicle at mile marker 10 on Highway 69 Sunday night. According to the Montana Highway Patrol, the deceased was driving southbound on Highway 69 around 7:50 p.m. Sunday when the incident occurred. State of the art extrication equipment was purchased by the Whitehall Volunteer Fire Department thanks, in large part to a $10,000 donation from the Ladies Auxiliary, which runs the Country Store by Whitehall RV Park.
