    The Town Pump Charitable Foundation is matching $750,000 in contributions during its 17th annual fundraising campaign for food banks across Montana, including Whitehall Area Food Pantry and Jeffco Food Share in Boulder.     Since 2002, the Jefferson Valley Community Foundation has awarded 107 grants to 39 non-profits in the local area for a total of $151,139.
