Local residents will soon have a new weight and fitness room available for use, as well as personal trainer services being offered by Kenneth Heilig. The room is located at 104 E. Now in its 15th year, the Town Pump Charitable Foundation hopes to raise over $3 million in its annual fundraising campaign for food banks across Montana, including the Whitehall Area Food Pantry and Jeffco Food Share in Boulder. A record 79 food banks are participating in the statewide “Be A Friend in Deed, Helping Those in Need” campaign this year. Patti Reed has a deep love of animals. Over the years she has taken lost, abandoned, and other pets in need into to her home until a permanent living situation can be found.
