    Each week the Whitehall Ledger spotlights a photograph taken by a local resident of the beauty that surrounds our hometown. These photos are placed on the Ledger’s Facebook page and, at the end of each year, voted on with “likes” to crown the 2021 photo of the Year, which went to William Ulrichny.
