The Whitehall Garden Club (WGC) is offering a scholarship in the amount of $1,000. The scholarship will be awarded to any Whitehall, Montana High School of Home School Graduating Senior. Students pursuing a corresponding course on the internet through an accredited institution will be considered. Since she lost her home, the four walls of Chloe Carlson’s tent have served as her sole source of shelter. Carlson’s two cats serve as her heaters during winter storms.
